Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Encinitas, CA
Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Process invoices, expense reports, and credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger updates
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to financial transactions

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

• Full-time
• Onsite
• Monday- Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Encinitas, San Diego
• Direct hire role
• Compensation: $22.50 per hour
