Job Description

NOW HIRING: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Remote (U.S. based) | Full-Time

Overview

Sila Capital is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support the CEO and drive organizational growth. This role involves building systems, managing projects, and supporting HR functions.

What you will do:

  • Create and manage SOPs, policies, and checklists

  • Handle high-level CEO tasks and projects

  • Support HR (onboarding, compliance, coordination)

  • Improve efficiency across teams

  • Assist with real estate and executive initiatives

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 1–2 years in administration, HR, or executive support

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, able to work independently

  • Familiarity with Hubbard Management Technology (required)

  • Experience in real estate (highly preferred).
