Are you a strategic compliance professional ready to lead and shape the future of financial crime prevention? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our BSA/AML, CFT, and OFAC Compliance program—playing a pivotal role in protecting our institution and customers.

Compliance Officer (BSA /AML/CFT/OFAC)

Located on-site in Manhattan

Base salary $95k

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact : Oversee the BSA – AML / CFT & OFAC Compliance Department, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while building a proactive risk culture.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Implement and manage key components of our compliance program, including Customer Identification Program (CIP), transaction monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and OFAC screening.
• Manage Critical Reporting : Review and ensure timely, accurate regulatory filings, including CTRs, SARs, and 314(a)/(b) requests.
• Be Audit-Ready : Lead the planning and administration of internal audits and external regulatory examinations, delivering confidence in our program’s integrity.
• Contribute Strategically : Act as a trusted advisor on all things related to AML/CFT and OFAC, and take on special projects that enhance risk management across the organization.
