This Group Leader is a perfect position for you! The Integrated Work Group (Continuous Improvement) Lead assists in promoting and executing the Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) program and Total Performance Management (TPM) methodology. As the IWG Lead, you will work cross-functionally with various teams within the factory to optimize productivity and prioritize safety by implementing training, coordinating, and coaching of continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead by example and step in to provide support and coaching in the manufacturing process.
