About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your ability to understand customer concerns, ask the right questions, and provide timely resolutions will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and triage incoming customer support requests via phone and email, including inquiries about remote support, on-site service, parts, and general product questions.

Analyze customer issues and provide solutions using documented procedures, available tools, and personal expertise.

Address customer concerns in real time, resolving issues whenever possible and ensuring customers are satisfied before closing a ticket.

Document all actions taken within the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking and communication.

Escalate complex issues following department procedures, ensuring a smooth handoff and timely resolution.

Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure quick response times.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent in a technology or business-related field (0-2 years of relevant experience).

In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Background in hardware, software, or robotics is a plus.
