Job Title: Digital Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid
Assignment Length: 3 months
Compensation: $46.00 - $56.00 per hour (W2)
About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead content execution across four key categories: Core Beauty, Food & Beverage, Baby, and Pets. This role is responsible for driving digital work forward across .com and app platforms, ensuring alignment between creative teams, business partners, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and drive weekly progress across four distinct categories with multiple creative teams.
- Ensure creative teams have clear direction and prioritization to execute work effectively.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Strategy (DMS) partners to gather and communicate necessary inputs for creative execution.
- Coordinate with partner teams to align digital strategy and asset creation for consistent creative output.
- Manage photography-related workflows in partnership with Creative Producers and Creative teams.
- Assign weekly tasks using Slingshot within the One Team Global Model.
- Maintain accountability across teams to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with strategy.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables by channel and tactic.
- Serve as a liaison between creative teams and business partners, facilitating communication and expectations.
- Organize and execute projects from initiation through completion, including leadership approvals.
Qualifications - 5+ years of professional project management experience.
- Experience managing digital projects and deliverables.
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, workstreams, and cross-functional priorities.
- Technical Experience: Smartsheet, Slingshot, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, & Micro
