Make a critical impact on your own schedule! Exceptional Healthcare seeks experienced PRN Emergency Room Nurses for our new community hospital. As a vital clinical team member, you'll provide exceptional emergency care while enjoying the flexibility of PRN employment.

What You'll Do

• Triage patients safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Perform comprehensive assessments for patients of all ages
• Communicate effectively with physicians about patient status changes
• Administer medications and interpret diagnostic test results
• Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and identify cardiac dysrhythmias
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
• Provide patient and family education throughout treatment

What You'll Need

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 3-5 years of Emergency Room experience
• Current RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with EHR documentation (EPOWERdoc preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
