  • Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, serving as an ex-officio member and providing strategic counsel for both programs and operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing senior management team, supporting their professional development through coaching, clear goal setting, and performance evaluation.
  • Implement systems to monitor progress, evaluate program outcomes, and communicate successes and challenges effectively to stakeholders.

Fundraising & Communications

  • Drive efforts to expand revenue streams, including grants, individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and special events, supporting organizational sustainability.
  • Enhance visibility through strategic communications, outreach, and digital presence.
  • Cultivate relationships with local, regional, and national partners, generating new opportunities and sharing organizational successes as a model for replication.

  • A Master’s degree is preferred but not required (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Social Work, Public Administration, or relevant field).
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, creating actionable organizational strategies in collaboration with a Board, and driving organizational growth and impact.

  • Robust background in fundraising, marketing, and external relations, with cultural competency and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive, adaptable, and innovative communicator.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups and lead organizational change.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on program quality.
  • Passion, integrity, dedication to the mission, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
