The client is seeking a Finance Board Member for Camphill Community Trust, a charity established in 2005 to serve the community. The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees and supported by a part-time secretary to ensure transparency and accountability in its operations. The Trust was founded out of a sense of responsibility towards Camphill coworkers who lacked pension provisions, with a focus on providing support to those who have dedicated significant, unsalaried service to the Camphill community in Ireland.The Finance Board Member will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management of the Trust, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support coworkers in need. They will work closely with the Board of Trustees to make strategic financial decisions and uphold the Trust's commitment to aiding those facing challenging circumstances such as illness, old age, or poverty.
