• Full‑Time (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary & Bonus:

• $70,000 ‑ $110,000/year, Salary + Bonuses, depending on experience and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the General Manager, you’ll be driving the success of our shop. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead daily operations: workflow, technician scheduling, parts procurement, shop productivity.
• Monitor and own KPIs: average ticket, labor hours, parts usage, car count, profit margins.
• Oversee customer experience: ensure integrity in service recommendations and high customer satisfaction.
• Build, mentor & coach your team; handle hiring, training, performance evaluation.
• Resolve escalation issues with customers or staff in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, quality, and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• 4+ years in an automotive shop management role (fixed operations preferred).
• Must be open to continued education and training.
• Deep understanding of estimations, repair orders, parts & labor, and KPI reporting.
• Proven accomplishment in meeting/exceeding sales & profit goals.
• Strong leadership: hiring, coaching, motivating, and resolving conflict.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with European or luxury auto brands.
• Certification (ASE or manufacturer related).
• Familiarity with shop management software & diagnostic tools.
