Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Administrative Temp to join our client to support document management and HR operations within their Dresher, PA office. This contract position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual to help convert sensitive HR and talent acquisition records into secure digital files. The role ensures compliance, confidentiality, and efficiency by streamlining record-keeping processes. This is an onsite opportunity, ideal for someone dependable who thrives in a structured office environment.
Compensation:
$19/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrative Temp:
• Organize and process incoming files by unboxing physical records and preparing them for scanning.
• Accurately digitize confidential HR and talent acquisition documents while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
• Support the HR team by ensuring files are securely archived and easily accessible in electronic systems.
• Maintain a consistent workflow to meet deadlines and department needs.
Qualifications and Skills for the HR Administrative Temp:
• Previous experience in administration, HR support, or a customer service/retail role where reliability and organization were key.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining regular onsite attendance.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with scanning or data-entry systems.
