What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or continuing into Summer 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and contribute to improving service processes and data management. You will gain hands-on experience, conduct in-depth audits, align service process meta data for database consumption, and help automate critical processes. Your work will directly impact technician productivity and cost optimization efforts.

What You'll Do Audit and streamline PDS Step Library (390k+ steps) by identifying duplicates and proposing mergesMap PDS procedures (15k procedures) to parts, correction codes, mobile capabilities, and required certificationDeliver detailed reports on findings, recommended merging, and impacts on procedure creation efficiencyAlign PDS procedures with persona database and identify gaps in needed service correction codes or PDS validationsPrepare a gap analysis reportAnalyze and automate corrections for 60k SBOM partsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to map legacy parts and propose automation rulesTrack progress by documenting codes created and remaining parts for reviewPresent consolidated audit reports and validation roadmap to stakeholdersHighlight the impact of your contributions on cost reduction and technician productivity
What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related fieldProficiency in Excel/Power Query and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively and communicate findings effectively

Expected Compensation
$26.44 - $34.38/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
