As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will have the opportunity to manage your own private practice with the support of Headway, which assists clinicians in navigating insurance and billing. By joining, you'll have access to marketing resources, patient referrals, and a flexible schedule, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions either in-person or remotely. Headway aims to enhance access to mental health care while providing clinical professionals with a streamlined approach to practice management at no cost to them.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
