Massage Therapist
Northstar Spine & Pain Center – Shoreview, MN
Pay: $30-50 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massage services to our patients as part of their chiropractic care and wellness plans. When not performing massage therapy, you’ll be paid for assisting our chiropractic team with patient care and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high-quality massage therapy tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers to support integrated patient care plans
• Assist with patient flow, therapy setup, and documentation during downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and ongoing care
• Uphold professional standards and compliance with all licensing and clinic policies

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Minnesota
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Prior experience in a chiropractic or clinical setting is a plus, but not required
