Job Description

Description of the role The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a skilled dual-licensed Massage Therapist/Aesthetician to join our team. As a dual-licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional and therapeutic massage treatments and Aesthetician services to our members and guests. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, 401K, Free employee meal for each shift worked We offer competitive compensation of $8.10 per hour plus 20% of service price (for dual licensed providers (Aesthetician/Massage), plus 20% srvc Chrg. Responsibilities

  • Performing various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
  • Assessing clients' needs and preferences and tailoring massage sessions accordingly
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the massage area
  • Adhering to the company's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of Florida
  • Dual-licensed as Aesthetician in the state of Florida
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist & Aesthetician
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
