Job Overview Responsible for providing customers with an exceptional retail experience while achieving sales and service expectations of the Mobile Showroom. Leverages Customer Focus capabilities to develop relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend complete solutions. Supports team members in servicing customers and completing operational duties including maintaining a clean and well-organized store appearance, adhering to store procedures, and merchandising standards. Assists other Associates in achieving their sales objectives. Job Responsibilities Support event sales goals through side-by-side selling with local Retail Sales Associates or Partner Sales Associates during events, including selling when others are not present and proactive outreach to local businesses. Support community partnership efforts by engaging with the local community and business environment to build brand awareness through relationships, referrals, and events. May be leveraged for emergency relief. Engage proactively with a broad range of customers in a highly visible retail environment, making them feel comfortable and welcomed while educating them about products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a vibrant culture with charisma, passion, and relevant hobbies or skills. Acclimate local Retail Sales Associates and Partner Sales Associates to the unique event environment to provide an excellent customer experience. Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) Less than 2 years 6 months retail experience in a high-volume environment (Preferred) Less than 2 years 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Customer Service: Strong skills; passion, integrity, and energy to deliver a world-class shopping experience. Retail Sales: Experience in high-volume environments and ability to work in varied settings including external events. Detailed Organization: Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail. Training: Ability to acclimate team members to the unique event environment. Mathematics: Accurate with basic math and proficient with a calculator. Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel required: Yes/No DOT Regulated Position is not DOT regulated or safety sensitive. Compensation Base pay range: $19.51 - $35.19. Corporate bonus target: 5%. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
