Job Description
This role is the heartbeat of the office—providing daily structure, real-time support, and a reliable presence that empowers the sales and investment teams to perform at a high level. The Office Admin / TC ensures nothing falls through the cracks and that the client and agent experience is consistent, efficient, and professional.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination (TC)
• Manage contract-to-close process for all agent transactions.
• Ensure timelines, documents, and communications are handled with precision.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, lenders, attorneys, and cooperating agents.
Office Management • Oversee inventory of signs, lockboxes, and marketing materials.
• Ensure the office is organized, stocked, and ready to support agent activity.
• Assist with light tech and administrative troubleshooting for the team.
Marketing & Communication • Schedule and post regular social media updates for the team brand.
• Coordinate with leadership to create and send a weekly email flyer featuring blog content, listings, and local updates.
Qualifications:
• Either already has or is working towards a real estate license.
• Background in real estate is required for this position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
