The Department of Surgery is site for surgical training of residents from Beth Israel Deaconess surgical residents and Transition Year residents from CHA.
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Department of Surgery.
Opportunity Highlights:
Position is located at CHA Cambridge Hospital
0.6 FTE, working two 12 hour night shifts per week, 6pm-6am. (Will also consider 0.9 FTE, working three 12 hour night shifts per week for interested candidates.)
No call
First Assist responsibilities are required. Minimum of 1 year of OR experience as a PA is required.
Work independently but in collaboration with talented team of physicians and nursing staff to provide full scope of surgical care
Supportive and collegial work environment, with dedicated colleagues similarly committed to providing quality health care to a diverse patient population
Strong infrastructure and practice supports
Use of fully integrated inpatient/outpatient EPIC EMR system
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $115,000-$174,000 pro-rated for part-time positions.
