Customer service and patient focus are essential, with deliverables within tight timelines, adhering to regulatory guidelines. Knowledge of GxP Regulations is recommended. Key Responsibilities: Support and participate in LIMS projects for upgrades and enhancements Provide daily support and training to end users Investigate and resolve errors promptly Maintain master data objects Perform ADHOC SQL queries Create and maintain user accounts Revise product specifications and SOPs Assist with change control impact assessments Participate in internal audit reviews Support site projects to streamline testing and compliance Develop or revise computer system validation documents (URS, OQ, PQ, etc.) Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or related field; minimum 3 years of LabWare experience At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience Experience with validation and maintenance of laboratory information systems Knowledge of GxP LIMS applications is highly desirable Strong documentation, record-keeping, and attention to detail Understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical industry standards Ability to interact across organizational levels Problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Novartis
