Job Description

Our client is looking to fill the role of Director – Quality Control.

• Salary open $160-175k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Quality Control functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and method validation for biologics manufacturing.
• Manage staff, optimize test procedures, and monitor environmental conditions. Maintain laboratory equipment, data integrity, and material inventory while coordinating with external vendors.
• Conduct internal audits, address quality concerns, and contribute to regulatory submissions.
• Lead training efforts and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Quality Control for biologics, including 3+ years in management. Expertise in CGMP guidelines, analytical assays, aseptic processing, and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
