At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to play a crucial role in elevating candidate and employee experiences. This role is the engine that keeps recruiting moving forward—balancing logistics, communication, and culture-building while empowering our broader team of Wizards to deliver amazing games across multiple platforms and audiences.
This role follows a hybrid work model. Team members are expected to be onsite in our Renton, WA office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are considered flex days, where you may choose to work either remotely or from the office.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll often be the face of Wizards of The Coast for our candidates and a cornerstone of the recruiting team. You’ll ensure every interaction reflects our culture and employment brand while keeping coordination operations running seamlessly.
Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $32.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
Eastridge offers US based Wizards temporary workers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
