Compensation
This position is 100% commission-based. You will operate as an independent contractor, and your income is directly tied to your individual performance with no earning ceiling.

Position Overview
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll meet virtually with individuals who’ve requested information about available protection plans. Your role is to educate, guide, and assist them with completing their applications.

Key Duties

  • Conduct one-on-one virtual sessions with clients

  • Educate members on program eligibility and details

  • Assist with application completion and policy submission

  • Record all client activity in CRM

  • Join optional team calls for mentorship and updates
