WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Sales Coordinator Supervisor, you will be in a key leadership position responsible for supervising a team that ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and success of our sales coordination processes across the Oregon region. Each day, you will lead and support a team of sales coordinators, including an inside sales representative and a receptionist. Your primary focus will be to ensure that sales transactions and ordering processes are running smoothly and efficiently, while identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to review monthly stock orders, proactively planning and aligning inventory levels with business needs across all Oregon locations. Inventory oversight will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring attention to detail and close coordination with both sales and logistics teams.
Beyond managing workflow and inventory, you will serve as a central point of contact for the sales team, offering assistance with day-to-day inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have the tools and information they need to be successful. This role also entails guiding your team toward performance excellence through mentorship, feedback, and support, creating a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
