Summary Lidl US is searching for the next Senior Specialist- Talent Management to join our team at HQ! The Senior Specialist- Talent Management supports the Talent Management processes for Lidl US with high quality standards for the training and development of our team members. In addition, the Senior Specialist provides a broad range of HR support of business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives.

This position reports to our Headquarters in Arlington, VA on a hybrid 3-day schedule. **
What You’ll Do
Essential Functions - Manages projects, work processes, systems, and/or procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Identify, develop, and propose opportunities for business and process improvement
- Analyze and evaluate projects and develop ideas and/or practical solutions for streamlining business processes
- Support in national and international projects, producing business requirements, performing business system tests and technical improvements
- Compile standard reports and standard presentations according to defined reporting structures and KPIs as part of regular reporting and planning
- Compile ad-hoc reports and presentations, supporting executive management and operational departments by providing analysis for business focus areas
- Manipulate and interpret large amounts of data using business intelligence software
- Communicate and exchange experiences regarding operational matters with regional distribution centers
- Additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent follow-through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient in e-learning content creation inclusive of animation, video editing, audio recording and sound mixing
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Knowledge of Power BI software
- Knowledge of content creation software (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia preferred)
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience - Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
