We are UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! Role Overview The Sr Analyst will join the Performance Management team within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This team consolidates and reports critical financial and operational data, supports planning, and provides insights to executive leadership. The individual will play a key role in Finance Transformation, enhancing processes and reporting through Oracle EPM. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to define requirements and implement scalable Cognos TM1/IBM Planning Analytics solutions. Lead the transition from IBM Planning Analytics to Oracle EPM. Develop solutions to improve cycle times, reduce manual processes, and ensure accurate financial results. Identify and implement process improvements to foster innovation. Gather and evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and understand system impacts on requests. Facilitate requirement sessions and create comprehensive business requirement documents. Manage User Acceptance Testing and Business Validation to ensure data quality. Build and deliver forecast inputs and reports in IBM Planning Analytics and BI tools. Create SQL queries/stored procedures for data retrieval. Support existing reports (Excel, PAX, PAW, Power BI). Build relationships with key partners across Revenue, Retail, Marketing, and FP&A teams. Perform other duties/projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Finance, or equivalent. 3+ years of business analysis experience with finance systems. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience with BI reporting and planning tools (e.g., Cognos TM1, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with Oracle EPM, PeopleSoft, Hyperion is preferred. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration. Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $67,200 - $121,200. Corporate bonus target: 10%.
