Hiring Sushi Chefs!

This is Holden from Little Masa in Collegetown.

The restaurant is located at 619 S Woodward Ave Tallahassee, FL 32304.

Our ideal candidate would be available full time, have professional culinary experience, and basic knife safety/technique.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to our standards
• Maintain safe temperatures of sushi ingredients
• Complete prep to the quantity and quality that our operation demands
• Adhere to our organization, cleaning, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a sushi chef, culinary school, or in professional kitchen prep
• Knowledge of sushi-making techniques and ingredients
• Excellent knife skills
• Ability to meet the demands of busy service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
