Shift: Night (3x12-Hour) – 07:00PM - 07:00AM

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation for 36 hours:

• Weekly Gross: $2,295.00 Per Week
• On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week ($20/hour)
• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,575.00 Per Week

Position Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to join the team at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of L&D experience with travel, or 3 years of L&D experience with no travel. This is a night shift position with 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to women in labor, including monitoring fetal heart rates and administering medications as required.
• Assist in the delivery process and provide support to the newborn immediately following birth.
• Perform assessments and provide education for expectant mothers regarding prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a positive and safe birth experience for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures, assessments, and interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of L&D experience with travel, or 3 years of L&D experience with no travel
• Current TN or Compact License required at the time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
• Flu Vaccine: Required - No exemptions
• Cerner Experience preferred
