I need someone to breakdown and process data sheets from google sheets and excel. Almost every week you will be receiving a sheet from a client with song choices from a playlist. I need you to organize the songs by priority (request, must have, would like) and fill them into a sheet i have made. I also need someone who can make invoices quickly and send text messages to my musicians to inquire about availability. this job would also be alot of list making and what is called advancing gigs (receiving information of when and where a gig will be and sending that information to the people involved). you will need access to google voice and will be operating my assistant email.
