Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Admin to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include managing inventory, processing orders, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

1st shift full time

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Support newly hired employees with onsite onboarding
- Maintain accurate orientation records.
- Support Smartsheet lists with updated background check data for team orientations
- Assist in the resolution of any spreadsheet discrepancies.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
