Step into a shift that keeps products moving

From the moment you clock in, you’ll be part of the flow that powers a busy distribution environment. After completing required training and certification, you’ll conduct a pre-shift check and safely operate a forklift to move pallets where they need to go.

What a typical day looks like

• Load and unload pallets of product to and from trailers.
• Place and store product safely in multi-tiered warehouse storage.
• Pick the correct cases per order using the required technology.
• Use handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems to properly manage warehouse inventory.
• Pitch in with housekeeping and sanitation as needed (sweeping floors, helping clean a trailer, taking out trash, and more).

Minimum qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Willing and able to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Proficiencies

• Forklift Licensed.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
