Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience providing support for Workday HCM integrations.
• Active certification in Workday Pro Integration Services.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
• You must reside within a commutable distance to one of our US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia).
• The role operates under a hybrid work model, requiring you to spend up to 30% of your working time co-located at an assigned office for specific projects and training.
• Expect a maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project needs.
• If relocation is necessary, you should complete the move within 12 weeks from your start date.

Responsibilities:

• As a Solution Specialist in our US Delivery Center, you will:
• Provide ongoing assistance for integrations between Workday HCM and external systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors and failures within Workday HCM.
• Manage support tickets, document issues, and track resolutions using service management tools.
• Conduct routine configuration updates and enhancements to existing integrations.
• Support testing for Workday releases and apply integration-related updates as necessary.
