Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and looking to join a company that values hard work and family? We're hiring **Assemblers** to join a growing team in Salisbury, NC, manufacturing high-quality **industrial refrigerators and freezer systems** .
**Location:** Salisbury, NC
**Pay:** Starting at $17/hour
**Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (rotating schedule) w/ half days on Friday's
**Job Highlights:**
+ **Rotating Full-time schedule:** Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
+ **Half-days on Fridays**
+ **Starting pay:** $17/hour
+ **Location:** Salisbury, NC
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble components for large industrial refrigeration units
+ Accurately read and interpret measurements using a **tape measure**
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain quality standards
+ Work as part of a team to meet production goals
**Requirements:**
+ **Proficient in reading a tape measure**
+ Construction or mechanical experience preferred, but not required
+ Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
