ResponsibilitiesService Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop and collision center, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of skilled technicians to achieve department goals and deliver exceptional service.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by providing transparent communication and resolving any issues promptly.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain standards for repair work to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
Inventory Management: Monitor and control the supply of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for efficient operations.
RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in auto body repair, collision repair, or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver outstanding results.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of auto repair processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
