We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across our U.S. operations. This is a pivotal role on our growing HR team — ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape and build something from the ground up. What You Will Do: - Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across US operations
- Assist with building the U.S. HR infrastructure, policies, and compliance frameworks as needed
- Maintain up-to-date job postings and measure their effectiveness
- Cold calling off resume banks; review resumes and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for Sales Managers
- Conduct Interviews
- Reference checks and criminal background checks
- Assist with onboarding including paperwork and presentations
- Participate in relevant job fairs, conferences, workshops, and similar learning opportunities
- Generate and update candidate tracking spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel
What you bring in: - 3+ years of U.S. recruitment experience.
- HR education preferred, degree or diploma
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring laws and regulations is a strong asset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes must be coachable and comfortable with repetitive work
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong relationships and meet the expectations of candidates and hiring managers by showcasing the above-mentioned attributes
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Legally allowed to work full-time in U.S.
- Available to work Full-Time (Mon-Fri)
