Job Overview Senior Mobile Expert, Bilingual, are our most capable experts with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service while leveraging their retail expertise. Our company-owned Experience stores attract new customers and provide the highest level of service to our existing customers. Senior Mobile Expert, Bilingual, will utilize new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, working with new products and a product roadmap tailored for these locations. This store uniquely combines a team of Experts working directly with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to create a one-stop resolution for customer pain points. Senior Mobile Expert, Bilingual, will receive curated training and ongoing development to enhance their expertise and grow within the environment, delivering the best sales and service experiences in a customer's lifetime. Job Responsibilities Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs. Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to stay current and develop knowledge as a SME in all things T-Mobile. Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding. Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred Care: Elite Expert, Account Care preferred Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Customer Service: Strong customer service skills—passion, integrity, and energy to create a dynamic work environment and deliver a world-class shopping experience (Required) Retail Sales: Retail experience in high-volume environments and ability to work in varied environments (Required) Detailed Organization: Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail (Required) Training: Ability to acclimate local Retail Sales Associates and Partner Sales Associates to unique event environments (Required) Mathematics: Accurate basic math skills and proficiency with a calculator (Required) Additional skills and attributes are preferred but not mandatory, such as success in resolving sales and customer service pain points, above-average sales metrics, system and tool knowledge, problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, passion for people and teams, and certification processes. Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: No DOT Regulated Position is not DOT regulated or safety sensitive. Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $28.50 Annual Incentive Target: $7,200 Successful candidate's actual earnings vary based on performance. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
